After the successful launch of Lunchbox Giveaway
Program at Blk 499C Tampines Avenue 9, we are proud to announce the
commencement of our LunchBox Giveaway Program at Blk 591A Montreal Link,
Sembawang, today.
Chairman of DLs’ Caring Community, Mr. Desmond
Lim, has personally made his way down to the venue to kickstart the project and
to ensure that everything went smoothly.
Resident volunteers Ms. Jessica and Mdm. Irah,
who have helped to gather and caretake 9 families at Montreal Link, were very
excited at the arrival of the DLs’ Caring Community crew. They helped to distribute boxes of hot food to the residents who expressed heartfelt gratitude for the charity communities and volunteers.
The joint-project between DLs’ Caring Community
and Willing Hearts has spanned its way from the East side of Singapore to the
Northwest region, and the caring spirit as well as free lunches will continue
to spread.
